Mô tả công việc
1. In charge of Japanese Customers under assign by Sale manager.
2. Find new customers and complete revenue.
3. Monitor and control sale actual result (sale volume, sale revenue, gross profit) to have plan and implement the necessary action to achieve the assigned sale target and make weekly/monthly Sales result Forecast.
4. Perform Sales daily activities upon PIC system
• Receive Sales telephone and follow customer request.
• Control trouble shooting at customers’ site.
• Satisfy customers request for any complaints or new inquiry.
• Support to sale internal staff for Push up receivable from customers
• Follow up implementation of Sale contracts (renew, if necessary).
5. Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, expand network to develop prospects from current and new customers for potential business opportunities and in charge of new inquiry upon SMM’s assignment.
6. Prepare sales presentation/sale proposal/Bidding documents (i.e. Cost Calculation, Quotation, Technical sheet, Contract etc.) submitting for approval and/or to customers
7. Cooperate with relevant Departments to get sufficient information for new inquiry/ potential customers
8. Follow up Sales Projects (i.e. potential customers and piping works PJ).
9. Coordinating with relevant department/parties to assure that all products and service meet with company standard and company commitment with.
10. Support purchasing department for developing new supplier channels.
11. Control and supervise for customs clearance procedure for importing product and exporting procedure to EPE customer.
12. Others assigned by managers.

Qualification
1. College / University Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ English/ Japanese.
2. Knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales technique and sales control systems.
3. Social networking skill: strong ability to build and expand a network of social connections, getting to know lots of new people and getting to be friends with influential people.
4. Trouble shooting skill: Determine causes of operating errors & deciding what to do about it.
5. Judgment & decision making: Considering the relative costs & benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
6. Management skill: Resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
7. English (Writing + reading) + Japanese N2 (Fluently in Speaking/ writing/ listening & daily communication)
8. PC skill: Word, Excel, Power point
