Market Intelligence and Planning
- Monitor the political environment with focus on relevant trends/ topics (e.g. Road Safety, Electrification, Air Quality, Trade, Industry 4.0) that affect Bosch’s business operations
- Analyze possible impacts (opportunity/ risk) on Bosch business
- Develop local advocacy targets and strategies in accordance with regional (ASEAN) and global targets and strategies

Political Positioning
- Elevate the company political positions in Vietnam and the region

Network Management (Bosch internal / Stakeholders)
- Establish, maintain and manage an internal network with all relevant actors for political activities in Vietnam
- Build up and maintain an external network with key political decision makers and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. associations, NGOs, universities, industry partners)
- Representation of Bosch in associations/ committee meetings
- Organize and coordinate political meetings for Board of Management and Executive Management


Communication
- Report essential political information in Vietnam to relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. Regional Head of Government Relations, General Manager of Bosch Vietnam, Regional Heads of Business Units)
- Provide advice to General Manager and business units on topic related to external affairs
- Communicate Bosch positions to decision-makers and key influencers in order to shape favorable political conditions for the company

Qualifications

- Vietnamese citizenship and/or oversea Vietnamese
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and analytical skills
- Ability to handle and negotiate with high ranking politicians and business leaders
- Long-term experience and strong know-how in automotive business and preferably also cross divisional know-how
- Strong intercultural competencies
- Very adaptable to different cultures and mentalities
- High flexibility
- Reputable and reliable appearance and behavior- Vietnamese citizenship and/or oversea Vietnamese
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese
