Export Documentation Staff

- Updating schedule, vessel, notice from carrier daily.
- Receving all information from sales team and customer to get booking confirmation to show content is suitable with information of customer.
- Sending booking to customers, follow up the stuffing plan, DEM, DET at POD/POL.
- Handling docs (VGM/ SI/ HBL/MBL/..) for sea export shipment until close a file
- Handling customer enquiries professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with deeply care.
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and operations & other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
- Follow up and manage daily shipment.
- Compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure.
- Assisting management and Team Manager with any assigned special projects and providing backup, report work result to manager directly.

- Education: College or/and above.
- 1-2 years of operations and customer services experience in freight logistics/ forwarding industry.
- Knowledge of handling air freight/ sea freight shipments
- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of freight process
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
