Mô tả công việc
1. Payroll
• Follow up bank file uploading and paying out via Deutsch Bank
• Checking General report, SSC posting for payroll, adhoc, PIT, SHUI
2. Social Insurance and related task
• Register, maintain or finalize employees’ social book
• Report any change of employees (salary change, new employees, terminated employees, etc.)
• Register, extend or cancel health insurance cards; deliver cards to employees
• Prepare and follow up payment requests with Finance & Controlling ; prepare termination decisions
3. Health Care and Accident Insurance
• Prepare fluctuation report
• Checking endorsement & following up final payment
• Request all arise issues related to health care and/or accident insurance
4. Personal Income Tax
• Registering Tax Code, Dependent, PIT declaration
• Issuing PIT certificate, PIT finalization letter
• Handling Payment PIT to Tax Authority
5. Reports
• Prepare headcount report, Absentism report
• Prepare all reports are required by Directors or General Managers concerning Overtime hours, payment, etc. under the control of Head of HR and C&B Manager
• Prepare management reports/ reports required by Daimler
6. Salary offer/define
• Define/offer salary for new hired staff and promotion cases
• Follow up with Dept. head to have final conclusion or escalate the case (if any)
• Coordinate with relevant teams to get salary offer/define done well and on time
• Reports status of salary offer
7. Others/Miscellaneous
• Maintain HR system (Mercer GOLD and Mercer WIN)
• Answer all questions from employee related to insurance, payroll, PIT
• Prepare data and document for annual financial report audit purpose & other internal/ external audits
• Prepare data and document for PIT health check
• RCTS checking and implementing (Local payroll)
• Additional tasks requested by direct Manager/HR Head

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Good communication both in Vietnamese and English
• Conversant with Labor Law and Social Insurance Law, Tax Law
• Good knowledge in payroll and PIT
• At least 2-3 years experiences in HR field, with 2 years in Payroll task is preferable
• Good knowledge and skill in accounting is a plus
• Able to work independently, precisely and under pressure
• Good communication both in Vietnamese and English
• Conversant with Labor Law and Social Insurance Law, Tax Law
• Good knowledge in payroll and PIT
• At least 2-3 years experiences in HR field, with 2 years in Payroll task is preferable
• Good knowledge and skill in accounting is a plus
