Experience Safety & Environment Management Staff - Newly Established Company

Factory startup
1) Management of waste storage etc. (Maintenance and actual management will be handed over to the waste disposal party)
2) Confirm the translation of environmental BR and create an environmental organization. (Environmental Committee and others)
3) EMS (ISO14001 compliant) construction, environmental policy, setting of goals, recognition education
Look at the Vietnamese translation of the Safety Global Standard (English translation available) and check if there are any problems with the actual line.

After Factory startup
(1) Collection of environmental data (energy, waste) using factory organization
(2) Environmental impact assessment (air, soil, drainage, noise, vibration, etc.)
(3) Environmental conservation activities and EMS activities
(4) Public disclosure of information related to the Safety Committee and horizontal deployment of countermeasures
(5) Conduct safety patrols, point out unsafe sections, and request improvements from factories.

- Education and Experience: Minimum Bachelor of Sciences in any of these areas: environmental sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, food, pharmaceutical, social sciences
- Experience in working environment certified with ISO14001
- Good 4 skills in English and Knowing Japanese is an advantage
- Understand and have been involved in the environmental management system.
- Have knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
- Energy saving, data management of waste, etc.
- Understand about Vietnamese labor safety laws
- Minimum 3 years of handling similar job in Japanese manufacturing companies
- Specific work is given during the interview

*Note:
For applicants who live in Hanoi, the Company will arrange shuttle buses at the pick-up points from Hanoi to the factory in Vinh Phuc Province and in the opposite.
