Expediter/ Nhân Viên Xúc Tiến Đơn Hàng

The Expediter will be responsible for the coordination of the entire P.O Management from P.O approval to P.O delivery at site, They will ensure on time delivery of each and every P.O line item in the most safe, efficient and profitable manner, promote excellence in the SCM team, and provide outstanding internal customer service.

- Liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct expediting in internal expediting system and carry out further process in SAP as per existing guideline
- Discuss with vendors for urgent delivery of goods
- Coordinate with vendors to get the shipping documents on time and handover to logistics team for further actions
- Provide delivery schedule to end-user department and take actions based on feedback received
- Liaising with procurement/inventory/warehouse team to identify any discrepancies on delivery of goods
- Make expediting report and report exceptions
- Follow established guidelines, instructions, policies, an procedures on expediting
- Any other job as assigned from time to time

- University degree
- At least 2 years of Logistics/ Freight Forwarding/ Expediting experience
- Excellent in English communication
- MS Office
- SAP knowledge (Preferred)
