[Expat] Head of Project Management

 To manage high quality banking and financial institution interior fit out projects in Vietnam.
 Manage the entire project from inception to completion on behalf of CBRE and our clients.
 Develop, implement and manage project budgets, schedules and service quality programmes.
 Identify, engage and provide leadership, guidance and support to teams of consultants, designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers, including the preparation of RFP documentation, development of evaluation criteria and preparation of recommendation reports to clients.
 Represent the interests of our clients throughout the project lifecycle and communicate proactively with all client representatives, stakeholders and end users.
 Develop and manage environmental programmes and recommend methods and products that align with our client’s sustainability programmes and policies.
 Establish project governance, develop project execution plans, project safety and security programmes, agree these programmes and with client and implement throughout the project lifecycle.
 Recommend the most suitable forms of contract to be used, and ensure contract compliance upon execution.
 Chair project meetings throughout the project lifecycle, manage all on site construction activities, perform site inspections and approve installations.
 Develop, agree and implement move management plans, communication plans, and change management plans.
 Assist in the development and implementation of testing and commissioning plans.

 Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architectural or a related Engineering discipline, preferably with Master’s degree from well recognized university
 Minimum 10 years experience, including at least 5 years managing high quality fit out projects for major financial institutions
 Preferably accredited in either Green Mark, Green Star or LEED.
 A thorough understanding of critical systems and M&E service requirements for high end banks and financial institutions.
 Strong leadership skills
 Ability to develop, plan and execute project strategies
 Strong construction industry knowledge is essential
 Knowledge of contract documents, construction law and standard contract conditions and specifications
 Strong oral and written communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Proven record of managing teams of project managers, consultants and contractors on high pressure banking projects.
 Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
