***Duties:
Take on the role of a concept team leader to do all the work related to concept design:
• Get ideas and make conceptual design plans for the project.
• Prepare 3D perspectives and presentation for the conceptual design options, general and detail drawings of the project.
• Prepare architectural and schematic design for plans of buildings, public, residence, complex areas, etc.
• Develop the final construction plans to show the shape of buildings and construction details.
• Implement the necessary change or revision during design process.
• Encourage and supervise junior designers to ensure the quality of conceptual design and submission schedule.
• Ensure design product to meet Vietnamese laws, regulations and standards.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
**Education:
• Bachelor degree in Architecture Design.
**Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in concept design.
• Experience in high-rise building design and commercial building design.
• Experience in working in the field of architecture & construction of multinational companies.
• Knowledge of relevant Vietnamese Building Code (understanding of Singapore standards is an advantage).
**Skills:
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in using AutoCAD and related 3D softwares: Sketchup, 3D Max, Vray, Corona, Photoshop, etc.
• Fluency in English.
• Chinese communication is preferred.
