Executive – Event & Pr- Marcom Dept.

Overall:
Responsible for marketing communications activities in idsMED – Country Level
• Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and the Group Marketing Communications Team to execute and implement all elements of marketing communications strategies and planning that enhances brand equity and assists idsMED in achieving its company objectives and further strengthen the idsMED brand name and image.
• Deliver measurable projects on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.
• Utilize effective methods to facilitate excellent two-way communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Content Management:
• Responsible for idsMED digital presence via the corporate online channels which include the corporate website and social media channels
• Responsible for all online channels (email, online/web, and social media) contents and initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and promotes the idsMED Brand.
• Develop and/or oversee the development of engaging, creative, innovative contents for regularly scheduled posts, which promote brand-focused messages that is consistent with the idsMED brand voice, style and tone.
• Responsible for all relationship management with third-party agencies (Digital Agencies, PR Agencies, Creative Agencies, etc).
• Make sure that all publications are on schedule and meet deadlines.
• Generate weekly reports and review for all corporate communications publications in emails, online/web and all social media channels
Events:
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Source, negotiate and work with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate details of external events such as corporate-wide exhibitions, seminars & workshops, as well as internal events such as office parties and internal celebrations.
• Define company brand through events.
• Coordinate all operations
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
Others:
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.

• Degree in Marketing Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations or Social Media
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Communications, Events, PR, preferably with exposure in healthcare industry or B2B.
• Able to travel outstation or overseas when required
• Extensive knowledge of Social Media Platforms & Event management
• Web proficiencies
• Strong Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation skills
• Proofreading and Editing skills
• Strong client facing and negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate with and influence people positively.
