Mô tả công việc

Job Purpose *

The key purpose of the role is to provide services and support to Consumer Banking and Corporate & Commercial Banking business areas in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in the credit admin related processes including but not limited to preparation / review of all related credit documents, ongoing monitoring of client obligations throughout life of facility / asset; on-going of credit facility and limits in systems ; loan disbursement/ prepayment/ repayment and reporting in compliance with internal policies/procedures and local regulation requirements

Key Responsibilities *
1. Daily tasks:
- Prepare, proceed and and ensure that
+ Credit documentation and facilities are in order and in compliance with internal policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines before loan disbursement or conducting of trade activities in systems;
+ On-going monitoring is conducted ensuring client obligations throughout life of facility / asset are fulfilled, correct credit facility and limit in systems are maintained
+ Proper process of loan disbursement/ prepayment/ repayment & reporting.
- Liaise with internal and/or external counsel for modification/negotiation to credit documents
- Liaise with relevant authority and/or vendor for security registration.
- Ensure accurate and timely facility limit set-up and maintenance per SLA and maintain system database records for all loaded limit.
- Ensure accurate and timely loan disbursement
- Ensure all SLAs are met.
- To perform other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager/ Operations Head

2. Control and Monitoring:
- Control credit documents and securities under credit facilities
- Monitor obligations under credit falities
- Monitor vendor’s performance and SLA.
- Manage operation risk including compliance risk under Lending area to minimize mistake, service lapse and compliance breaches

3. Reporting:
- Provide information (when necessary) of facilities and collateral for audit confirmation.
- Prepare / input data to Credit Admin’s reports & SBV report

4. Risk Management / Regulatory Compliance:
- Full understanding of compliance and risk’s requirement specified in own area’s internal policy and procedural requirements as well as regulatory / statutory requirements from State Bank and other statutory / regulatory bodies.
- Be responsible for fraud and risk mitigation.
- Ensure all issues/incidents are reported in timely manner and have properly follow up till it has been solved.

5. Customer Service:
- Liaise with internal and/or external customer to meet customers’ needs
- Ensure that customer complaints are dealt within a prompt time frame to ensure that the Bank is not exposed to potential losses.
- Provide friendly and responsive customer service to both internal and external customers using excellent customer service skills.
- Ensure service quality and processing within agreed standards.

6. People Management / Team Work:
- Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment
- Actively assist other team members to fulfill department’s work within the time frame.
- Exchange and share “best practice” / lesson learnt from experienced problems to other team members
- Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Job Specification *
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant disciplines (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering)
- Relevant Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience of relevant banking background in established bank / financial institutions
- Competencies/Skills
• Sound knowledge of lending operations as well as lending products and services.
• Understanding of operational risk and controls, local legal and regulatory framework
• Experience with banking operations
• Good time management skills
• Data entry skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organisational and task coordination skills
• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Computer skills
