Executive/ Senior Executive C&R

To support team leader in
1. Preparing and controlling the process of submission for signing of reservation forms, sale purchase agreements and other sale related documents.
2. Agency management, with the aim of:
- Advise to BOD and get approval on agency contract, sale policy….
- Working with sale agency to plan for sale strategy, sale event
- Control and proceed for payment of sale agency’s commission
3. Control customer database and prepare reports for residential project
4. Propose strategic marketing plan for each sector of C&R Projects following approved master plan.
5. Working with related departments to handle customer’s requests.
6. Actively work with team leader to prepare for C&R projects’ marketing events.
7. Carry out market survey and data collection
8. To perform/carry out daily tasks from time to time base on department’s assignment

1. Knowledge
- Having experience in real estate jobs (having worked for other real estate developers or real estate sale agency in CS department, Sale support department….)
- Understanding of real estate trading laws and regulations.
- Excellent customer service experiences
- Good knowledge in real estate market intelligence.
2. Skills
- Excellent at multitasking
- Very good at MS office skills
- Very good presentation and communication skill
- Good interpretation or translation skill
3. Qualities
- Good foreign language (speaking and writing)
- Hard worked, carefulness and eager to learn
