Objectives of the Position:
Implement retails sales to grow Construction Systems business in the South & Central of Vietnam.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:
• Identify new dealers for retails network expansion; conduct dealers’ assessments.
• Manage business contracts, ensure proper implementation of Master Builders Solutions branding rules.
• Forecast demand, get agreement with dealers on target volume, monitor progression of selling activities and sales volume, complete monthly report.
• Maintain business growth, ensure the availability of product for dealers.
• Develop and manage dealers’ incentive and or loyalty programs.
• Provide dealers with updated marketing materials; coordinate to roll-out relevant marketing plan.
• Organize sales trainings to dealers’ personnel. Coordinate with Technical/R&D for technical/product trainings.
• Provide prompt response regarding quality, technical applications and other related issues; cooperate with relevant teams to solve customers’ issues.
• Regularly visit dealers to understand market demands and trends on products, technology, services to support for business planning.
• Complete regular reports.
• Align with credit team to make appropriate credit recommendation and follow customers to ensure timely payment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Business Administration / Economic or equivalent.
- Min three years experiences in retails sales; preferably in Construction industry. Understanding on construction market and its retails network. Knowledge of Construction Chemicals products is advantage.
- Good command of English and Computer skills (MS. Office).
- Required competencies: Act with Entrepreneurial Drive, Demonstrate Customer Focus, Communicate Effectively, Collaborate for Achievement.
- Min three years experiences in retails sales; preferably in Construction industry. Understanding on construction market and its retails network. Knowledge of Construction Chemicals products is advantage.
- Good command of English and Computer skills (MS. Office).
