Sales development:
- Implement sales plan, actions and service to achieve sales budgets and target margin.
- Source new potential accounts, new market for business developments.
- Arrange product testing and trial runs.
- Secure customer’s sale order and be responsible for collection.
- Provide accurate feedback on credit worthiness of customers applying for credit terms.
- Generate rolling forecast and be accountable for inventory control.
- Promote value before volume.
Market intelligence:
- Conduct studies/analysis on market information, current market trend, competitors, products’ applications and technology, service needs and initiate appropriate action plans.
- Prepare & promptly report of market intelligence, including feedback on potential threats to relevant business.
Customer / Industry management:
- Keep close contact with existing customers & build up business relationship.
- Conduct field visits, seminars, presentation and attend to customers’ inquiries.
- Co-ordinate the exchange of technical information / requirements between BU and customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education: Degree in chemistry or commerce.
• Working Experience: At least 2 years in sales or technical service, preferable in ink, adhesive and coating industries.
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good understanding of raw materials for printing ink, adhesive and paint industries.
• Good communication in English and Computer skills (MS. Office).
• Competencies required: Act with Entrepreneurial Drive, Demonstrate Customer Focus, Communicate Effectively, Develop Self & Others.
• Working Experience: At least 2 years in sales or technical service, preferable in ink, adhesive and coating industries.
