Mô tả công việc
Sales and technical service:
- Implement sales plan, actions and service to achieve sales budgets and target margin;
- Develop new market/application;
- Attend to claims and provide measures to resolve business issues, refers major claims to supervisor;
- Cooperate closely with Technical Teams, customer service and Supply chain to achieve effective implementation of after sales services;
- Prepare customer visits and other frequent reports.
Market intelligence:
- Monitor and identify investment related to assigned industry;
- Conduct market intelligence studies on competitors’ products/market share and initiate appropriate action plans;
- Prepare market, competitors, customers reports on a regular basis.
Customer management:
- Maintain existing customers and improve business relationship;
- Coordinate with BASF experts to conduct field visits, seminars, presentation and attend to customers’ inquiries;
- Conduct customers’ assessments and analyses to align and ensure the strategic focus is in the right place;
- Ensure all supporting functions involved in the delivery of agreed customers’ needs; resolve problems/ expedite matters. Attend to claims by customers and refers major claims to supervisor.
Product and application:
- Deliver and/or participate into sales presentations/workshops to promote, introduce products/services;
- Arrange product testing and trial runs.
Credit management:
- Coordinate with credit controller to propose appropriate credit recommendations;
Be responsible for payment collection.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Chemistry or Commerce;
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in commercial preferably in the plastics and chemical industries;
- Good knowledge of PU systems/ engineering plastics /TPU, technical know-how and applications as well as plastics parts and components manufacturing. In-depth understanding of Industrial market in Vietnam.
- Good English and computer skills (MS. Office).
- Competencies required: Act with Entrepreneurial Drive, Demonstrate Customer Focus, Communicate Effectively, Collaborate for Achievement, Develop Self & Others.
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in commercial preferably in the plastics and chemical industries;
- Good knowledge of PU systems/ engineering plastics /TPU, technical know-how and applications as well as plastics parts and components manufacturing. In-depth understanding of Industrial market in Vietnam.
