Mô tả công việc
• To work with the Investment team to explore / source for any opportunities of acquiring or leasing land / properties to expand the Company’s school network in the South and Central of Vietnam, do thorough analysis of the opportunities and send to Manager(s), Director(s) for review before reporting to the Management for consideration and decision. The work includes:
- Attend relevant meetings with authorities/ business partners, prepare logistics, meeting documents, take minutes of meeting, translation;
- Take site visit and report;
- Collect project information, do market research, produce project report.
• To assist Manager(s), Director(s) with the preparation of investment paper which includes business plan, market researches, assessment and recommendation and any other relevant information for the Board of Management’s decision making.
• To coordinate with relevant internal departments for the project preparation and implementation.
• To be responsible for filing all official writing communications with external parties in soft and hard copy and having regular update for project management and future reference.
• To participate in relevant networking events organised by the Company, associations, authorities and developers to facilitate the development of the Department.
• To provide the Management with monthly update of real estate market, education related information that might be beneficial for the operations and development of the Company.
• Support Project Management team on project basis in accordance with the assignment from Head of Division and/ or Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum Degree in related disciplines
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in either real estate, marketing and sales or project management
• Active and positive work attitude
• To be able to handle stress and to deliver various tasks in tight timeline
• Ability to multitask and willing to travel for business trip
• Communicate well in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) and Vietnamese
