KEY OUTPUTS:
I. Legal:
1. Providing advices on Legal issue
2. Performing legal review for the Company’ contracts and agreement
3. Monitoring all inward/outward official letters from/to regulator
4. Updating local Law and regulation timely
5. Preparing Company dossiers (under legal regulations on enterprises, insurance)
6. Monitoring The Company’s Policies, Regulations & Guidelines (PRG) in line with local Law/regulation and Regional Holding Company’s PRG
II. Compliance:
1. Preparing and facilitating Annual Compliance Programs;
2. Communicating Compliance policies and manual to all staffs;
3. Analysing and preparing compliance status reporting;
4. Collating information from and following up with all divisions/branch(es) regarding compliance issues;
5. Performing Compliance program activities (fraud handling, Anti-money Laundering handling, Whistle Blowing, Anti-bribery, Anti-competition, QMCL self-check);
6. Contributing to compliance promotion systems and compliance culture via training and induction programmes;
III. Internal Control Program (ICP)
1. Supporting in implementation of Annual ICP Plan and prepare quarterly ICP progress report
2. Monitor status of remedial actions improvement actions for control deficiencies and prepare quarterly Deficiency Status Report (DSR) report.
3. Supporting in design of adequate internal control to meet business requirements and mitigate the Company risks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Legal or Finance & Banking or insurance or Auditing;
• English fluency
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Well understanding in law and regulation;
- Understanding on insurance business and operation;
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 01 years’ experience in insurance, corporate legal, compliance or professional advisory
