Mô tả công việc
1. Improve organization competencies through learning activities:
- Together with manager, identify critical learning needs, develop creative, cost-effective, fit-for-purpose and sustainable learning solutions that are in line with business requirements and learning framework/roadmap.
- Deliver and evaluate learning effectiveness and make changes to keep relevancy and validity of the learning framework, materials.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in learning and facilitations skills, include (but not limited to) the use of various learning tools, media and methods to satisfy diverse audiences.
- Ensure learning programs are delivered on time and in full, with proper profile records as the base for employee competency development and career advancement.
- Explore external platforms and channels that will uplift the value and profile of the learning agenda and bring value to the target audiences.
2. Act as catalyst for change through learning to enhance a performance and sharing culture
- Review and evaluate systems and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in supporting the organization‘s continuous learning culture.
- Engage employees and stakeholders into various learning and training activities through being role model.
- Act as leading champion of Internal Instructor Club to embed learning/sharing culture.
- Support the manager to provide learning and development interventions to the team when needed.
3. Learning system and data administration
- Monitor employee learning records that can be tracked and analyzed at anytime
- Keep track of market best practices in learning and development and make proposals for the organization

• Possess expertise of 3 years and above in learning roles with facilitation intervention and instructional design exposure.
• Strong stakeholders engagement and master communication skills across diversed stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Demonstrate pro-activeness, resourcefulness and independence in delivering tasks and solving problems efficiently.
• Creative thinking in using learning materials, engaging participants with solution oriented.
• Effective time management and work on multiple tasks in parallel whilst delivering solution on time.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong stakeholders engagement and master communication skills across diversed stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Demonstrate pro-activeness, resourcefulness and independence in delivering tasks and solving problems efficiently.

Braun sold its first products in Vietnam via a Singapore exporter. These products consisted of IV solutions and medical disposables.
