Executive, Entertainment and Events

 Assist Supervisors / Managers / Senior Managers, Entertainment and Events in planning and execution of entertainment programs;
 Manage stage program, performers, seasonal promotions and special events;
 Perform quality control on entertainers' grooming, costumes & stage make up;
 Ensure the quality of entertainment programs reach the desired level of expectation;
 Check and evaluate all activities, performances, events and responses of guests;
 Provide creative inputs and concepts, research innovative ideas for entertainment & events;
 Organize weekly entertainment research, data analysis & evaluation;
 Provide reasonable assistance to entertainers as per request;
 Maintain cleanliness and order in entertainers’ rest area including backstage;
 Assist in updating music and video contents for all LED walls on a monthly basis;
 Work with Entertainment and Events (AV) operations team to ensure smooth running of all programs;
 Conduct Guests Survey Report on entertainment;
 Develop a complete catalogue on local and overseas entertainment;
 Execute all special events and projects of the company;
 Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct;
 Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards;
 Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards;
 Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible;
 Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
 Over 2-year experience of managing performance venue or entertainment business.
 Knowledge in show production, choreography, image design and stage production.
 People oriented with good social skills.
 Creative and innovative.
 Willing to work irregular hours
 A degree/diploma preferably in one of the following subjects: Arts Management / Events / Theatre Studies / Creative / Performing Arts.
 Read, write, speak and understand English, Mandarin preferred.
