Executive, Customer Service - Branch Teller

- To assist the Officer to provide satisfactory banking services and operations support to all external and internal customers
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Vietnam on the opening of accounts, fund transfer and placement of deposits
- To comply with all internal policies and manuals
- To handle cash, fund transfers, clear cheques and other frontline transactions including posting of vouchers.
- To perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers
- To perform filling for all documents on frontline products
- To provide high service quality to all level of customers
- Attend to customers enquiries complaints and ensure that they are attended to and resolve expeditiously
- To handle cash, fund transfers, clear cheques and other frontline transactions
- To open accounts, to maintain customer information change and to scan signatures
- To perform end of day cash balancing and vouchers
- To perform filling for all documents on frontline products, and to send advices / account statements to customers
- To perform add-hoc job assignment which shall be assigned by the management from time to time

• University degree in Banking, Finance or Business Administration
• At least 1 year experience at relevant position
• Integrity and honestly, teamworks, self motivated, analytical and problem solving skill
