LOCATION Head Office, HCMC
CONDITIONS (hours etc) 8.30am to 5.30 pm from Mon - Fri and 9.00-12.30 Saturday (44 hrs per week)
DIRECTLY REPORTING TO Marketing Manager & DOSM
INDIRECTLY REPORTING TO Owner
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The position includes content planning, content creation and processing for Heritage Line for all on- and offline marketing communication.
This candidate requires a very good experience and skill in writing content for various channels and media as well as a good understanding of the requirements of online content (SEO). The person knows how to address different target groups (readerships), brings a thoughtful understanding of marketing basics if possible A very good organization and planning skill is required to be on top of tasks ahead of time. Multi-tasking and quick learning on the companies’ products, destinations and businesses / markets is crucial in this position.
A big plus is experience of content management software (website), technical set-up and processing of EDM via software tools as well as social media content posting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Planning
Content Creation
• Development and improvement of content planning and processing tools for online (social media) marketing and other content displayed on digital and print collaterals
• Create content on a forward planning for adhoc-projects, website, social media, sales activities etc
• Understanding the needs of SE-optimized content for any digital content
• Liaise closely with head of sales, marketing manager or other members in the organization on forward content planning regards briefings and creation
• Proof-reading
• Monitoring visual content (photos) that they match with our visual style guide
• Responsible of the monthly Newsletter with categorized articles: Forward content research and planning.
• Monitoring visual content (photos) that they match with our visual style guide
• Adhoc-tasks assigned by supervisor related to this position
Content Processing
• Responsible for processing content actively via Heritage Line’s media (website, online, collaterals etc) and monitor a quality content display based on (corporate design) standards
• or monitor the content processing and ensure quality of processing if handled by other team members (marketing / sales team)
People Management
• The person is able to work with people in the organization to collect content relevant information and manage people to provide content upon briefings
Reporting
• Monthly reports on assigned tasks and topics
Continuous Improvement
• Identify areas for continual improvement across the department related to this position
• Eager to develop own skills, keep oneself updated about the destination and collecting destination knowledge, maintain relations people and partners in the branch (networking)

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• University degree related / useful to the topic
• Native English
• Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures
• Basic understands of branding and corporate design
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• A plus: Have worked with content processing tools (content management systems, social media posting)
EXPERIENCE
• Proven record of copy writing preferable for luxury products / services.
• Very good skill of language and expression
• Experience in marketing communication and distribution is a plus
• Analytical approach on tasks
• Proven record of content creation from idea to final
SKILLS
• Excellent - Written and spoken English (preferably Native)
• Creative with an open mind.
• Highly communicative with very good interpersonal skills (driven by commitment and conviction)
