Mô tả công việc
Direct customer servicing via telephone and taking ownership of each inquiries/complaints with proper follow up, actions to ensure resolution does reaching customer satisfaction.
Constant contributions towards achieving service level and abandon rate targets.
To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.
To service customers over the phone and practices telephone courtesies at all times.
Practicing quality in all aspect of the job to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuously strive to achieve and exceed agreed productivity and KRA targets in line with unit objectives.
Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services.
Handle customer’s calls related cards as queries (how to install ConnectApp, how to fills up information to onboard, how to check balance & transaction details), complaints, requests (block/unblock card, active card, replace card due to lost/stolen), transaction disputes.
Monitor card suspicious/fraud transactions alerted by CMS to verify transaction to be genuine or not to guide customer to raise dispute.
Assist Customer in some special services (Emergency travel arrangement, Passport – Visa and customs information, ATM Location guide, Restaurant, Health club, Entertainment events, …)
Consistently cross sell and up sell group’s financial products and services during customer interaction.
Any other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Colleage/University degree in Banking, Finance or Business Administration
• Strong communication skills with people of all levels and roles for customer servicing.
• Good English in both spoken and written
• Open to working flexible shifting schedules
• Open for fresh graduated person who is willing take challenges in banking industry
