Mô tả công việc

As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will provide a consistently high standard of professional support and administrative assistance to the Managing Director in order to ensure that he is able to operate in an efficient manner and maximise the use of his time.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, and other documents;
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation for Managing Director;
• To manage the Managing Director’s diary including facilitating travel arrangements, managing calendars, setting up meetings and liaising with internal and external participants;
• Ensure that all enquiries and correspondence are dealt with promptly and effectively;
• Support the Managing Director to collate and prepare information for key meetings;
• Working in close collaboration with other team members to manage general office matters;
• Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields;
• Previous experience in an administrative support role as an assistant to a senior-level leader in a fast-paced environment;
• Must be fluent in English (writing and speaking);
• Master in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power point;
• Strong administration skills and the ability to maintain and implement effective tasks;
• The ability of multitasking and prioritise competing demands effectively;
• Forward-thinking, self-confident, behave with integrity and respect to confidentiality.
