Executive Assistance Manager (F&B)

o Monitors performance to ensure adherence to all service standards, sanitation standards, productivity standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
o Supervision and control food & beverage inventories.
o Maintain inventories of related food & beverage & equipment.
o Monitor and control labor costs & attendant record
o Manage the quality of food & beverage as well as the quantity of product according the par level stock
o Develop and implement policies and procedures of F&B outlet
o Ability to organize special event or strategies, to develop the business to achieve high result.
o Responsibility for building up the managing system for food & beverage, including: costing, quality properly the hotel procedure
o Building up the training program and often organize the training course for F&B staff to improve & develop in the future
o Manage the quality of product and non-stop motivate quality of product & service
o Managing and make evaluation to all staff under the training & performance period.
o Given the procedure of policies and carry out: commend & reward, discipline to all staff
o Create the chance to encourage all staff to do good job and given the policies to attract a qualified candidate wish to be join in our business
o Monitor and forecast food & beverage revenues and expenses to ensure company goals are met on a monthly and yearly basis.
o Co-operate with chef to create new menu items or change flavors properly to our guest that will increase customer satisfaction and perception of value.
o Implement & commitment policies and procedures for food and beverage. standard
o Ensure the quality levels of food & beverage products and maintain quality standards in production, services, facilities and guest satisfaction.
o Develop and manage the annual food & beverage budget.
o Implement and monitor ordering and receiving program to ensure proper quantity and prices on all purchases.
o Attend the management meeting weekly, monthly with director board to report the result of business
o In F&B outlet and planning to develop the business in the future

eEXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years' working experience at equivalent position at 4 or 5 star hotels or resorts international major hotel or Resort
QUALIFICATIONS: General education related to hospitality, Successful completion in Front Office skills
SPECIAL SKILLS: - An ability to manage complex relationships.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- A commitment to transfer knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
LANGUAGE : Good/ Excellent at English
