Examinations Operations Manager, HanoiTop management

In this role, you will need to:
- Ensure exams operations are optimally executed to support achievement of business targets, quality and compliance standards of British Council as well as exam boards and customer service excellence.
- plan and execute exam operations within the country in collaboration with Regional leadership. This role will also be expected to lead the implementation on a board range of improvement projects working closely with cluster and global counterparts.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Ability to communicate well in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese with a bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to come up with project plans to implement improvement initiatives as well as to maintain business standards while integrating new ways of working.
- 3 years’ experience of managing a team as well as operations management experience.
