Mô tả công việc

Work as a lead of a team who manage branding activities of the North area for Foody/Now service including managing POSM management at merchant side, offline branding and activations activities at partner’s event and partnership campaign with potential partners from banks, FMCG brands, or other parties:

1./ Planning, monitoring and optimising:

- Based on marketing direction, setting up a SMART objective and building up quarterly and monthly plans for team to push up POSM and event activities, present and persuade the region lead for budget and any support from the management.
- Monitor the execution of an ongoing project, guarantee the activities following the guideline and direction while making necessary adjustments to the plan depending on facts and figures of implementation.
- Able to create a comprehensive after-event report on activities, finance, performance both online and offline, suggest lessons learnt and optimise the cost and HR for better outcomes in future works.

2./ Team and relationship management:

- Manage team members to guarantee the work quality via pushing up the member to devote their time and effort in work.
- Making the branding activities coherent with other coming campaigns or promotions via maintaining good communication with the other teams within the Marketing department and other departments.
- Encourage team member development in soft and hard skills while show self development and achieve work result

3./ Market research and creativity:

- Monitor branding activities by competitors or F&B companies, constantly update the trend and new methods which could be applicable for the service.
- Constantly revise the activities in term of branding and cost effectiveness, test out new ideas and new methods, evaluate the result and potential of future application.

4./ Partnership and campaign initiator:

- Represent the company in dealing with potential business partners, discussing and inventing programs based on knowledge of our service USP, our capacity and partners’ objectives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with competency in marketing/sales/business and partnership development.
- Demonstrable creative thinking skills and an ability to see creative opportunities from everyday events.
- Highly confident communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a good network in HORECA channel, Food FMCG and F&B industry.
- Experienced in preparing engaging presentations, reports, plans and other communications for diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of performance reporting and forecasting.
- Good at giving opinion about visual attractiveness of a designed products.
- A positive, can do attitude.
