Mô tả công việc
Serve as primary point-of-contact for guests organizing and attending meeting events at property to ensure their end-to-end experience operates smoothly
Be enthusiastic, positive and full of energy, from the planning of the event all the way through its completion
Supervises the issue of keys, mail, messages, telegrams and parcels to the guests. Coordinate guests’ needs, requests, and inquiries to ensure value for our guests
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
• One year related experience in banquet operations, including managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent planning, time management and organization skills, and the ability to work independently • Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
• Willing to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays
