MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Event Manager plays a role as the glue that helps keep projects/events and people together.
Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects/events.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
• Plan event from start to finish according to client’s requirements.
• Liaising with clients and business development team to identify specific business problems/ requirements and develop ideas;.
• Communicate with creative team, production team to build plans/proposals.
• Present the conclusions and ideas, proposals to clients.
• Develop execution.
• Prepare the budget and ensure the events’ cost effectively.
• Coordinate cross functions and supervise operations to drive events’ success.
• Ensure agenda, program flow, checklist properly distributed and executed.
• Assign tasks to the project teams and supervise to flawless execution.
• Work closely with client’s team to ensure all artworks must be approved by client before implementation.
• Manage the event during the event day and work closely with logistic team.
• Proactively identify, report and solve any problems that might occur before, during and after the event.
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare the event’s report.
• Enhance leadership skills and team buildings.
• Build relationships internally and externally.
• Inspire and motivates team members and cross functions.
• Develop others.
• Display high integrity and honesty.
• Drive for results and problems solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sale, Marketing, Communications or relevant fields
• 2+ year-experience in managing big events
*Salary: 15 – 18 milions
