Mô tả công việc
• Admin job:
- Process payment, PR, TF for GS, vendor…
- Manage stock/ storehouse after Event/ Trip.
- Booking hotel, air-ticket for GS.
• License:
- Prepare documents.
- Work with vendor/ function to submit license.
- Upload to DoMS after get license.
• Logistic for Events/ Trip:
- Folder information.
- Nametag, luggage tag.
- Documents to apply VISA.
- Standee/ guidebook.
• Run Event as a team member.
• Others task assigned on request.
