Evaluation Specialist (Dairy Category)

a. Research &Develop new concepts/products
b. Improve customer products
c. Support and work closely with the sales force team.
d. Analyze potential gaps between existing flavor collection, market needs and trends to deliver products to fill the identified gaps.
e. Evaluate and select flavors to meet the diverse needs of local and international customers and markets.
f. Organize regular product evaluations and flavor language training for internal team and customers.
g. Participate in screening and validation of incoming regional project requests
h. Manage and perform the daily work in the lab (product evaluation & selection, formulation, testing samples in customer base, stability test…) after a training period with our specialists.

Years of experience: 3-4 years minimum.
Minimum career level: Experienced
Minimum education level: Bachelors, Food Technician graduated

1.0 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Very good knowledge in Sensory
Organized.
A minimum of 3-4 years working experience in a technical lab environment in the dairy industry
Organized and able to work efficiently
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
Very good command of English (spoken & written)
