Europe Staff - Customer Service Department

- Received and inputs booking as required in compliance with SOP.
- Build and develop close relationships with customers.
- Handle all inquiries related to booking: vessel change, space commitment, routing, schedule, late gate, trucking arrangement, CY stuffing demand, change of destination (COD), remain on board (ROB), return, dangerous cargo (DG) application, L/G + relevant document collection (LOI), container swapping, garment on hanger (GOH) order, VGM, drybag….
- Liaise with all related parties to provide good service quality to customers

- Vietnamese Citizen;
- Gender: Female.
- Bachelor degree, college degree in Foreign Trade university/ University of Economics / Maritime University or related (essential);
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skill, report skill;
- Fluent in comprehension, written and spoken English;
- Super computer literacy with capability in MS Office and Excel.
- Work comfortable under pressure and attention to detail;
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and well organized;
- Willing to meet objectives.
