Estimator (Attractive Benefit)

1 Scrutiny of tender documents.
2 Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.
3 Estimate the Bill of Quantity (material & manhours, other cost) to build up the pricing.
4 Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.
5 Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
6 Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
7 Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.
8 Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
9 Assisting in compiling of tenders.
10 Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.

1 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Mechanic
2 At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in estimation
3 Strong communication skills in English – spoken, written and presentation.
4 Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5 Relevant technology certifications.
6 Ready to travel and work at site (Training 3-6 months aboard or at site)
