ESS – Technical & Sales Technician

*Report to : TS Supervisor / Assistant Manager
Subordinate : Nil

*Responsibility:
a. Responsible for personal & Team performance.
b. To assist technicians and CRAs in handling customer enquiries and complaints.
c. To assist and advise Authorized Installer in technical supports and enquiries.
d. To assist in handling product enquiries from customers.
e. To assist in providing technical hands-on training program of new technician.
f. To provide on-site installation, routine maintenance and breakdown services.
g. To ensure customer service appointments are attended to promptly.
h. To compile PRF and GRF for daily part consumption and stock replenishment.
i. To submit cash and cheque that have been collected daily.
j. To ensure compliance of service standard at all times.
k. To maintain standard stock accordingly.
l. To execute any other job functions as assigned by superior.

*Authorities:
a. Decision on solving customers’ complaints.
b. Authorised signature on Maintenance Agreement and Service Bill.
c. Recommend Vehicle Maintenance Requisition.

a. Certificate / Diploma in technical course or related.
b. Well versed in technical skill / technically inclined.
c. Valid driving license.

*Skill & Knowledge:
a. Troubleshooting skill.
b. Well versed in RO technology, electro-mechanical design.
c. Ability to motivate and drive team.
d. Good driving skill.
