Esquel Management Trainee 2019

Esquel’s Management Trainee (MT) program is designed to seek and bring into the organization a continuous flow of high potential employees who can grow to top management level with Esquel and who possess the willingness to manage future business challenges of Esquel.

Talents selected will get a first-hand experience of the whole garment manufacturing processes and have chances to unlock their fullest potential on an accelerated pathway by working with our diverse and experienced professionals while embarking on cross-functional job rotations across key departments and different factories in Vietnam and other countries.

This year the Company is looking for talents for the following departments: Technical Engineering, Maintenance, Production (Sewing, Cutting), Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Finance, Production Planning and Control, Import-Export, Warehousing.

2. PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

The MT program lasts approximately 24 months, divided into 4 semesters of every 6 months, and each semester comprises of six (6) months duration. Before kicking off the first semester, there will be at least two weeks for orientation training right after onboarding.

3. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BE) or master’s degree (MBA) or equivalence. GPA is 7/10 or 2.8/4 and above
• All University backgrounds are welcomed
• No more than 24 months of working experience
• Holding Master and International background is a plus
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
