Esquel Management Trainee 2019

Esquel Management Trainee (MT) program is to seek and bring into the organization a continuous flow of high potential employee who can grow to top management level with Esquel and who possess the willingness to manage future business challenges of Esquel.

Participants on this program will get a first-hand experience of vertical integration processes through job rotations. Our MT Program is designed for fresh graduates and postgraduates who aspire to advance and excel. Join our program now to kick-start your successful career.

This year the Company is looking for talents for the following departments: Production (Sewing, Cutting, Fabric mill), Quality Assurance, Technical Engineering, Human Resources

 Program structure:

The MT program lasts approximately 24 months, divided into 4 semesters of every 6 months, and each semester comprises of six (6) months duration. Before kick off the first semester, there will be at least two weeks for orientation training right after onboarding.

 Participant profile requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BE) or Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalence. GPA is 7/10 or 2.8/4 and above
- All University backgrounds are welcomed
- Not more than 24 months of working experience
- Holding Master and International background is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

 Interview & Selection process :

- 1st Round: Application & Phone interview

- 2nd Round: Aptitude Test
Esquel Binh Duong & Dong Nai: 13/7 & 3/8/2019 at Binh Duong site
- 3rd Round: Group Discussion & Panel Interview
