ERP Team Leader

ERP (Enterprise resource Planning) system

I. JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Manage whole the ERP implementation project from preparation activities of work & program budget to the implementation projects and operations.
- Define and manage project scope of work, project phases, project plan, estimated cost, align with overall business priorities. Manage team, the business stakeholder's expectations (departments, Board of Directors, vendors) ensure the implementation projects are tracking to deliver the requirements and ROI as mutually agreed up front.
- Manage issues of operation phase of the ERP system, ensure those issues are tracked and resolved timely.
- Work with other IT/IM Leader(s) to define the ERP contingency plan.
- Manage the service, goods contracts and performance of vendors. Ensure the contracts are renewed as required timely.
- Coach and manage team to ensure the team’s capabilities are able to perform work as expected.
- Work with departments to address the business/functional requirements. Advise the departments, Board of Directors about the digital ecosystem, trends of digitalization to enhance company's capability.
- Work with other IT/IM Leaders to develop the Integrated Enterprise Architecture for company.
- Perform other related responsibilities as requires or requested.

II. GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- The focal point for the ERP system.
- Responsible for all tasks related to ERP system.
- Comply with the Company’s internal policies and procedures.
- Proactively engage and perform the assigned tasks.

III. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, statistics, economics, business, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of ERP implementation and support, preferrable SAP solution.
- At least 3 years at the Team Lead position, project management for ERP projects, preferrable SAP solution.
- Must have experience in the ERP implementation project for the upstream sector, preferrable SAP S/4HANA.
- At least 3 years of direct implementation for the specific module(s) in the ERP system, preferrable SAP solution.
- International experience in ERP implementation projects is the advantage.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to effectively communicate, analyze, and problem solve;
- Be proficient in English.
- Good underwriting and communication skills along with proficiency with MS Office;
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated by the work.
