(*). Purpose:
Customer service consultant helps customers with problems and questions, give customers solutions about their incidents. By helping customers with problem solving, advise to enhance their business by Microsoft Dynamics.
(*). Job Description:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests by CRM system.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and response time of priority.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Provide best service in scope of work as GAP customization, Training.
• VAS package owner to support all projects.
• Issue support of project on-going that is assigned by Operation Manager.
• Clear and effective communication

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Must have strong knowledge and working over 3 years of experience: Finance modules; Procurement, Sales and inventory; Production control or any related fields.
• Excellent business communication; able to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
• Ability to work in a team environment and add to teams’ knowledgebase and ERP system experience.
• Graduated from University, Bachelor Finance & Accounting or related fields, additional certifications are a plus.
• Good communication in English
• Knowledge of MS Dynamic AX 2012 and D365, MS Sure Step implementation methodology is a plus
• High degree of insight and analytical skill
• Team-oriented; willing to align work with team’s priorities and goals
• Able to influence, negotiate and build consensus
• Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
• Skilled in organizational change
• Clear and effective communication
