ERP Consultant

 Successful execution and delivery of assigned project activities and work streams
 Leverage standard functionality of Microsoft Dynamics Navision/BC to successfully consult on business processes to customers.
 Define current and future processes; conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions, to determine system configuration and business requirements
 Map business process requirements to Microsoft Dynamics Navision/BC functionality, determine gap/fit, and design solutions for identified gaps
 Understand and apply Netika Implementation Methodology to successfully deliver transformational projects
 Perform hands-on software configuration in support of target business process requirements
 Trouble shoot and resolve issues resulting from system configuration activities
 Document functional requirements and use cases for custom-development items including data conversions, interfaces, reports, forms, etc.
 Facilitate and perform implementation and cut-over activities
 Communicate effectively at all levels with clients and internally
 Provide coaching and mentoring to clients

 At least 4 years working with Navision or any ERP system (even local ERP)
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
 Have knowledge of Manufacturing – Supply Chain systems or Computer Science is a plus.
 Bachelor’s degree
