As a Sales Engineer, you will be a member of an account management team to take care of the Ericsson key client.
Your task will include but not limited to:
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager on the strategy and business plan toward our key client;
- Sense and seize the new business development opportunity with the key account on the mutual benefit's basis;
- Get to know deeply the client's needs & pain points and work out the relevant solutions to effectively support the client to solve their problems;
- Hands in hands with the internal team (presales, solution, delivery, project manager...) throughout the whole process of presales till delivery & aftersales for a smooth co-operation between both sides;

You know you are doing a good job when:
- You can address the client's core headache and support them to get rid of it with Ericsson solution;
- The client see you as their business partner and subject matter expert who can give reliable consultation to them if needed;
- You can contribute to the business growth within the account.
