We are currently recruiting for our 12-month graduate program for 2019 looking for talented Engineers to join our Hanoi & Hochiminh team.

How does the job look like?
The role varies among the following group:
• Sales Engineer (Hanoi based)
As a member of the Key Account Management team, you will contribute to the business hunting and growth by analyzing the clients’ requirement and consult them on the suitable solutions. You will involve in the deal forming, solution and price till delivery.

• Cloud Engineer (Hanoi based)
The role is under the Digital Service domain and part of the delivery team to deliver the project to Ericsson clients.
Main responsibility is to do the installation, configuration, integration and testing the Solution proposed by Ericsson to customer. Also, he/she will practise the Cloud/Cloud Design and implementation skills in Ericsson lab. IT & Cloud competence is needed, including either: IT infrastructure (eg. Datacenter, Networking); Openstack, Kubernetes, automation programming, Systems Automation, DevOps, Security Specialization, Container integration. You will have a good start with some programming languages such as Python, Yaml, Ansible.
Knowledge on Telecom is preferred: Packet Core, Signaling, IMS, VAS

• Automation Engineer (Hanoi based)
The role is under the Network Operation domain with the key focus on automating the activities identified and defined in delivery scope for Operation to better support the business and delivery.
You will work with automation tools framework for Command Line Interface (CLI) and Graphical User Interface (GUI) based activities like Robotics Process Automation (RPA) etc.
Programming languages (any of these - PHP, Java, .NET, Python, or similar), databases (SQL/PLSQL), scripting languages, Groovy, and web services are required.

• Network Engineer (Hanoi & Hochiminh based)
An NDO Network Engineer is a member of Network Operation team to help deliver Ericsson radio network design and optimization services (NDO) for Ericsson’s major customers.
Understanding of Radio Propagation as it relates to mobile systems and/or other communication systems. Knowledgeable about 2G ( GSM) , 3G(WCDMA) , 4G (LTE) , 5G ( NR) Air interface standards. Programming languages – Python, C#, Java & R. Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture

• BSS Support Engineer (Hanoi based)
The role is under the Network Operation domain and part of the delivery team to interact directly with client team to provide the service to Ericsson clients.
The jobholder is the first point of contact from customer to understand customer problem related to network / Product or Solution supplied by Ericsson and suggest solution required. With a good level of technical competence, he/she works to provide solutions to problems that have been reported by customers according to established processes and contracted Service Level Agreements. Moreover, he/she is responsible for the implementation of preventive actions and reporting results of implementation. Knowledgeable about the applications for operators (billing, client management…)
