Job Description:
- To provide equipment support to manufacturing line and responsible for improving and maintaining equipment efficiency which lead to quality and yield improvement.
- To perform equipment maintenance and improvements which are to be attained through practical us of statistical tool methods, data extraction and analysis
- To conduct machine life span studies and equipment maintenance cost reduction
- Ownership on operational indicators such as safety, machine OEEE, line yield and machine defect reduction.
- Budgeting, capital planning and capacity installation
- Support process and engineering development for NPI
- To drive equipment improvement and inefficiencies
- Other duties assigned

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of 4 year in Mechatronics/Automation/Electrical/Electronics…
- At least 4 years direct experience in Maintenance or Equipment Engineering
- Supervisory experience
- Quality System experience
- Preferably knowledgeable in automated Plating equipment
- Knowledge/experience in PLC and/or Machine programming and Automation.
- Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies
- Good English communication skills
- Understanding of Problem solving tools
- Auto CAD and/or technical drawing knowledge
- Equipment control knowledge/experience: TPM and OEE.
