Schindler is looking for strong Equipment Control Manager, reporting to Tooling Resources Center Manager of New Installation Department, with main responsibilities as below:
• Responsible for fulfillment equipment resources, formulating strategies and overseeing all resources management in the responsible areas in line with the company’s policies to meet the business objectives
• Detail scope of work
- Set up Tooling Centre for Schindler Viet Nam
- Excellent capacity planning and Control efficiency of tool usage
- Implement Life cycle management of tools, maintenance activities and warehousing needs
- Research and Development (tool and installation method)
Detailed scope of work:
• Support Projects team by providing best quality equipment with best user knowledge
• Ensure all inspection / measuring / maintenance / test equipment used including suppliers and sub-contractors are properly calibrated.
• Ensure training execution with T/C to train and certified end user for major tool and equipment usage as per company policy (ie False car…)
• Support to technical solution if any problem
• Continuing research new tool and contribute to installation efficiency and installation method
• Support Projects team installation resources to fulfilment project safely and quality
• Involve in site meeting in supporting project team for those key projects as preparation for customers work plan
• Build & maintain an effective workforce for company.
• Manage industrial relations & the employee union.
• Manage performance of team personnel by Conduct & follow up regular performance & development reviews & assessments.
• Conduct team meetings and trainings.
• Forecast and plan all labor requirements, leave, etc
• Conduct meeting with stakeholder to do capacity planning of project demand
• Planning capacity to ensure sufficient fulfillment equipment to supply projects demand with “Just in time” concept
• Scheduling tools specification check, procurement, logistics, maintenance, test inspection and certification, and scraping as per company policy
• Align all processes with the group requirements
• Design and implement a lean and effective process with best support to field operation and conformance to company policy
• Conduct regular checks and training to ensure 100% compliance to QA procedures.
• Set & monitor process metrics and take immediate action on any gaps.
• Control company CAPEX budget by consideration of but not limited to new purchasing, maintenance expense and operation cost
• Develop fair and transparent financial charge scheme
• Control Site usage efficiency by tightening in/out movement
• Report to management from time to time cost benefit analysis

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Min. 5 years' relevant experience and solid knowledge & experience in site environment. Working in E&E industry is advantages
• Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience
• Knowledge of Schindler products will be advantages
• Strong executive presence and ability manage resources.
• Methodical and pragmatic – able to translate strategies into activities / processes
• Strong leadership style
• Strong Safety and Quality commitment
• Excellent Organisation and Planning Skills
• Energetic and Passionate
• Customer focused with the skill to push back when needed
• Good writing & speaking skill in English
• Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience
