General Qualifications Requirements:
- Engineering Master Degree in the specific field.
- Strong English language capabilities, oral and written.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words.
- Good working knowledge of the Vietnamese and international standards & regulations.
- Experience in an international professional work environment.
- Experience in design, management and project field organization.
- Experience in Project implementation and coordination with national and international clients and Non Profit organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work and produce – sometimes under high pressure – high level and quality outputs.
- Team oriented and experienced in maintaining personal networks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven Presentation Skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Self motivated.

Specific Qualification Requirements:
- An environmental engineering degree with experience in renewable energies.
- Experiences in Project Development and Project Management.
- Experiences in building up and maintaining Client Relationships.
- Experience in environmental Impact assessments.
- Familiar with the relevant environmental and other related standards and government regulations in Vietnam.
- Experience in project development, support and cooperation with sales department in all fields of renewable energy projects.
- After sales service and customer support.
