Mô tả công việc
1. English teaching specialist
- Course design:
o Conduct Training Needs Analysis
o Design English training materials
o Liaise with English training providers to develop content
o Design tests
- Course delivery:
o Deliver English trainings for specific groups with specific purposes
o Deliver general English courses / business English courses
o Deliver tests (e.g. diagnostic tests, placement tests, progress tests, end-of-course tests)
- Consulting: to consult internal stakeholders to select the right training approach and programs
2. Program Coordinator
- Establish an annual English agenda (e.g. programs, activities and process) and make plans accordingly
- Manage internal and external trainings (i.e. monitoring progress via questionnaires, surveys, discussions with managers and trainees, ensuring statutory training requirements are met and resolving ad-hoc issues.)
- Select suitable training providers and teachers
- Manage English training providers and partners (including but not limited to English training centers and English test centers)
- Evaluate training programs
- Initiate learning programs and activities (e.g. clubs, workshops, seminars and English speaking contests)
- Manage English training data (i.e. course materials, trainees’ training results, tests, evaluation reports and employees’ English proficiency data)
- Facilitate learning activities (e.g. seminar/workshop facilitator)
- Have logistics available for all programs and activities
- Implement budget planning for English programs
- Report
- Assist Training and Development Manager/ Team Leader in developing and implementing language policies
3. Training team member
- Join team activities such as team meetings and Trainer’s Day preparation and execution
- Support training team with English related materials (e.g. proofreading, translation)
- Course design:

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- CELTA/ TESOL 120-hour certificate (DELTA is a plus)
- Excellent command of English language (IELTS 7.5+ with all components at 7.0+ is a plus)
- Effective oral and written communication
- Excellent problem solving skills and resourcefulness
- Effective time management
- Good analytical thinking and conceptual thinking
- Ability to make things happen and get things done with high quality
- Ability to work independently
- A supportive team player
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching English to adults
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate is a plus
- Excellent command of English language (IELTS 7.5+ with all components at 7.0+ is a plus)
