Mô tả công việc
This position will take the responsibility to design and deliver English or Chinese courses for operational staff to well equip them with basic English or Chinese skills to communicate with customers.
Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and direct English orChinese training courses
• Analyze and suggest the level of learner.
• Suggest new training topics related to English or Chinese in Hotel/Casino
• Provide professional English/Chinese training on Casino/ Hotel
• Evaluate business impact of training/learning solutions.
• Provide ideas to improve training methods.
• Broad and updated knowledge related to lessons

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Working location base in Phu Quoc, Kien Giang
• Bachelor degree from the English or Chinese department of prestigious college or universities
• Having 3 years’ experience in teaching English or Chinese
• Good listening, reading, speaking, writing skills Vietnamese & the language in charge
• The ability to introduce a wide variety of reference sources
• Must present a well-groomed appearance
• Knowledgeable in training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation preferred
• Experience in hospitality and hotel industry is preferable
• Demonstrate the ability to be innovate in adult training
• Excellent in communication, presentation and training delivery skills in both oral and written
• Microsoft Office knowledge is required
• Bachelor degree from the English or Chinese department of prestigious college or universities
