English Teachers (From October)

Description:
The TOP ENGLISH CENTER is seeking qualified dedicated academically minded English instructors. Native Speakers Only. We are looking for motivated instructors to teach on our new foundation program. Levels will run from beginner to IELTS training. All courses are well prepared and run for a set time period adhering to a strict curriculum. Teachers will be required to teach, prepare weekly assignments, mark, and keep records of achievement. Teachers will also be required to prepare tests during and at the end of each course. Class hours will be assigned as necessary for the duration of the contract.
Duties:
1. Be well prepared for each class
2. Teach the ITEC Excellence in English (IEEP) program
3. Administer assignments and tests
4. Grade and record students’ progress
5. Counsel students when necessary
6. Be presentable at all times when on campus
7. Report to the Head of Department

Requirements:
1. Be a native speaker. i.e. Britain / Canada / Australia / New Zealand / The US / S. Africa
2. Hold at least a BA from a recognized university (MA preferred)
3. Hold a EFL teaching certificate (TEFLA / CELTA / TESOL)
4. Have at least 3 years experience with at least one year in a SE Asian country
5. Have a valid visa (work permit preferred)

Salary Competitive, Negotiable depending on experience
