Mô tả công việc
1. Curriculum development:
- Develop and implement English curricula and action plans
- Implement the English stages, frameworks, teaching materials, and lesson plans templates.
- Compose and develop materials such as test bank, internal progression tests.
2. Teacher Training:
- Develop and prepare training materials for English program.
- Induct and train the program content, framework, time allocation at Vinschool.
- Observe, give feedback, and assess teaching periods and teachers.
3. Quality management
- Visit, observe, discuss with ESL teachers, principals to discover and solve problems while implementing the program.
- Support and find solutions, answer enquiries concerning to ESL program.
- Collect periodical reports of campuses and propose solutions (if any).
4. Operation:
- Coordinate to build school academic action plans.
- Coordinate with all staffs and teachers.
- To run and administer English exams

- 3-5 years of experience in teaching English
