Engineering Technician

- Responsible for ensuring that the inspection yearly plan works are followed and carried out in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner.
- Supervise and/or carry out maintenance preventive and inspection tasks and condition based maintenance, faultfinding, plant modification, post testing of all mechanical equipment (rotating equipment, static equipment, piping system).
- Support Inspection Engineer to ensure that all maintenance / Inspection tasks are to enhance system performance and reliability according to the standards / specification and all safety rules by preparing and strictly following the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work instruction (WI), task procedures. . etc.
- Respond immediately to rectify or troubleshoot all mechanical equipment problems in emergency case.
- Provide supervision for contract and vendor staff on procedures, safe working practices, permitted guidance and in-depth plant familiarity.

• College or technical high school graduated (major in Mechanical);
• English skill: able to read and fully understand Work instruction(WI), Work Procedure (WP);
• Familiar with MS office, Auto CAD;
• Have experience as a mechanical technician;
• To be able to use and have knowledge of principles of Mechanical measuring tools and devices such as vibration measure machine and read assembling drawings of the machine partly and wholly, the pipeline drawings, Isometric drawings;
• Support data and make the report of mechanical equipment and system issues during inspection jobs;
• To be able to check, inspect and assess the status of all Mechanical equipment accurately base on the standards;
• In advance to recommend the repair solutions for all unexpected damages during operating of equipment, repair all parts worn out and broken-down (Weld; polish, cutting... Etc...) for Mechanical equipment;
• Willing to work when require. Willing to work overtime work or other duties out of scope of work. Fast response.
