Job Description
Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
• Recognize competence gap and make a plan to develop engineers
• Hire and build a training plan, coach for new engineers
• Personnel management : employee career development, motivation, relationship
• Lead the communication and cooperation with other departments and other plants in International Production Network (IPN)
• Conflict management
• Quality process and problem solving skill improvement
• Lead a problem solving
• Lead team to maintain production KPIs : safety, quality, cost and delivery
Job Description

Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering
• 3 years as engineering team leader in industrial manufacturing plants
• Lean manufacturing background
• Ambition to lead
• Results / Cost / Target Orientation
• Able to delegate tasks and motivate & develop associates
• Strong characteristics
• Problem analysis and problem solving (e.g. 8D)
• Good command of English
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Project management experience

• Shuttle buses are provided from various locations of HCMC & Bien Hoa City
