Engineering Team Leader ( Automation)

• Manage Execution of the Maintenance plan ( 4 lines production).
• Plan for regular maintenance and calibration of electrical machinery and automation equipment to ensure a high reliability of operation in the process according to set standards.
• Evaluate effectiveness of maintenance plan.
• Maintenance plan evaluated according to time, cost and quality standards.
• Be responsible for training technician to adapt to work.
• Have EXIM or TPM knowledge.
• Manage working time.
• Manage maintenance cost.
• To build spare part list as maintenance plan.
• All processes evaluated and reviewed on an ongoing basis and changes proposed Quarterly internal audits conducted.
• To ensure all electrical and automation control rooms are clean and safe working environment.
• Failures/ problems/ deviations investigated and root causes identified, verified and corrective action taken according to procedures.
• On-going, informal performance monitoring, feedback and coaching provided daily or as required.

• Graduated from University level up, major Electrical Automation.
• At least three-year working experience as Automation Team Leader and meet all quality maintenance requirements. Prefer candidates having experience in F&B industry ( Siemens S300, S500, S700). C++ & Linux Programme, PLC,...
• Fluent English communication skill.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Autocad.
• Good in systematic, communication skill and strongly influencing skill.
• Willing to work rotation shift and overtime as per requirement.
• Handy, careful, diligent, high responsible, cooperation and team work.
• Willing to work under high pressure.
• Willing to travel if requiered.
