Mô tả công việc
1. Deploy new product projects from FPA to mass production as APQP procedures:
a) Ensure the projects are put into system, scheduled and up to date.
b) Coordinate with other relative member to prepare & develop the production process.
c) Product& Process design development with optimize production process.
d) Product& Process validation development thru PPAP and first mass production.
e) Project transfer smoothly and proceeding the feedback, assessment, corrective action effectively.
f) Process time control.
2. Manage and Address engineering issues:
a) Ensure the engineering change notification (ECNs) are put into system and control.
b) Support quotation team on labor time and RFQ engineering feedback.
c) Support production to continually improvement to meet objectives: Quality, Delivery, Cost
d) Abide Company Regulations and all documented manuals/procedures/work instructions of TVN.
e) Assists and coordinates with other relevant functions for development of processes, tooling and molds necessary to produce new products.
f) Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory or firm.

- Normal working hours are between 7.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday of every month for our training activity and others
- A thirteenth month of salary will be offered based on company achievement and paid before Tet Holidays as an annual bonus

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Minimum Criteria:
- Male (30-36 years old)
- Bachelors of science degree
- Project management experience
- High level written and spoken English
Desirable Criteria:
- Background/Academic knowledge is Industrial Management or equivalent
- Expertise in project management
- Experienced or familiar with quality systems/standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 16949 or IATF 16949
- Can use the computer-Aided Design software, Solid Works, MS Office
- Working in the manufacturing factory at the supervisor level or higher at least 4 years.
- Male (30-36 years old)
- Bachelors of science degree
- Project management experience
- High level written and spoken English
